The toll payment system is a nightmare ... I have found paying online a complete shambles with notices of online payment having issues .. I also rang the 0800 number to be informed of their office hours and no one to take payment ... it's a joke .. to have spent millions and then find it so frustrating to pay $2 ... just put up the baskets they use to have and throw your money in as you go thru or give someone a job ....

Almost a year later ... nothing has changed .. you cannot pay online using a Mac .... but perhaps that's just expecting to much ....
